2026 Second Evaluation Meeting of Administrative Units
Under the chairmanship of Şanser KUTLUK, Head of the Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs, the 'Administrative Units Evaluation Meeting' was held with the participation of branch managers.
During the meeting, the activities carried out by the units throughout the year were comprehensively evaluated. Within the framework of the agenda items;
* The functioning of general support services,
* Private security services and measures,
* The current status of procurement processes,
* Financial transactions carried out within the field of accrual during the year, and works conducted in the field of quality management were discussed in detail.
Following the analyses of the current situation, evaluations were made regarding the processes to be applied and the roadmap to be followed to ensure that institutional operations are not disrupted as the fiscal year approaches its end. The meeting concluded with the planning made to ensure that year-end targets are completed fully and in compliance with the legislation.
